If you’re anything like me, then the last few days have found your Instagram feed flooded with pictures from New York Fashion Week. I’m sure many of the blogs that you read are featuring NYFW related posts as well. Since Lacquered Life rarely addresses clothing, I thought I would bring you a little fashion for your floor this Monday morning.Rugs from Urban Outfitters. A favorite Lacquered Life destination for moderately priced accent rugs. Perfect over a standard seagrass and under a coffee table. Like a chic handbag or a great pair of shoes, these little rugs provide a bit of oomph to your room. And most of the smaller rugs are under $100 and come in a variety of colors. Just received my Wisteria catalog in the mail and they’re running a special on stools and side tables until February 12th. I thought I would highlight a few of my favorite garden stools that are on sale. Garden stools are extremely versatile. They are an accent table, they are a plant stand, and they are additional seating. It is a must have piece for any household – big or small.

Over the weekend I ventured to Target to pick up some things completely unrelated to home decor or furnishing. However, not surprisingly I landed in the home decor section of Target, where I was completely blown away with what their Threshold line had to offer. I think that the tufted bench above is my favorite, but I have included some others. The prices on some of these items are so good, and the designs are timeless.
