My Bags are Packed, I’m Ready to Go ….

Goodbye Philadelphia. My apartment does not look like this right now. Today it is filled with boxes and bags as I get ready to leave Philadelphia. Graduate School is over, I have only to come back on May 16th for the graduation ceremony to be totally done with it. Many thanks to you all and all your compliments on the apartment both here at Lacquered Life and at House of Turquoise. Time to go back to New York and start a new project at W’s apartment.
First, its on to my mother’s house in CT to unload a lot of stuff. I don’t know if you all can tell where I get my aesthetic, but above is my mother’s dining room! Her house was featured in the May 2006 issue of Connecticut Cottages & Gardens – pretty cool, huh? I’ll chat with you all from the Northeast tomorrow!

  • Congratulations! I’m sure your new place will look great!
Also, I know this is a long shot – but has your apartment already been rented out? I have a friend that is starting grad school soon and needs to find a place! Let me know if it’s available! Thanks so much!
